Mjölnir

So... I wanted to do something simple, with just flat colours, no shading. Of course, things never happen exactly how I want them ^^'.
Mjölnir / Thor's Hammer

On a side note, look at this, these are some great hammer pendants (I especially like the one on top, it's way more "nordic" than my version) http://varglya.blogspot.com/2010/07/recent-works-more-carvings.html

  1. I was wondering if I could use this pattern on a leather project I am currently working on. After searching the internet and looking at so many different versions of Thor's Hammer I find this one to be the most appealing of them all.

  2. @Thunaer : Thanks :)
Yes, you can use it. It would be nice if you could send me a photo (a link) of the final leather work, but that's not compulsory.

    Cheers.

  5. This is excellent work. I think if you could figure out a way to mix this with your unique steampunk designs, that my friend would be more than happy to get it inked on her. She has been looking for the right kind of mjolnir and she loved my tattoo

    2. carving is a great word hehe i don't know how to do that well either. i just took an old beechwood cutting board, took a hacksaw for the rough outlines and keyfiles for the finer outlinning.
